Firestone Complete Auto Care

Pat Rogers a month ago

Nick and his crew had my car taken care of and had me back on the road. Needed a new battery. They checked the alternator and the whole system. I appreciated very much for the phone call updating me on what needed to be done. Pointed out one or two other things that may need attention but put no pressure on having it done today and didn't try to sell me anything that wasn't needed. I was pleased with the service I received today and would recommend them.

Took my kids car in for a tire patch, oil change and tire rotation. Josh was the mechanic and is very friendly and explained things that he could and couldn't do, no tire rotation because of how old tires were and its policy that they cant rotate. He did patch the one tire. Nick was also helpful in checking me in and out. I also take my other two cars at this location. I do miss Harry who use to manage this joliet /plainfield rd location . Overall good experience and I'll be back there next week for my other car!

I had my brakes checked over the weekend. It was something that needed immediate attention. George was so thorough with explaining what was needed without being pushy and gave recommendations for what needs attention . He was able to fit me in early in the day. He replaced the rotors and pads on the rear brakes. I appreciated his efficiency, and kindness. I will certainly be back for future repairs or maintenance. Thank you.

Best shop around to go for repairs. Make sure you ask for Andrew he is the most courteous and understanding manager I’ve ever dealt with. He helped me out when I was with my family and got a flat tire before my mother’s birthday party. He got me done in less than an hour. 10 out of 5 stars for Firestone in Joliet and 20/ 5 stars for Andrew
